Ordering & Delivery

For our standard 2-4 working day delivery we charge Β£4.80, for next day delivery we
charge Β£7.00.

However you can unlock free standard delivery when you spend Β£45 and free next day delivery when you spend over Β£75. We currently use EVRI for our orders, but customers have the option to select DPD should they prefer a more premium service.

Our cut off for courier collection each day is 1pm. From this point you can then expect it to take 2-4 working days for standard delivery or next working day if that’s the service you selected.

If you have placed your order after 1pm, then it will not leave with our couriers until the next working day. Please note, we do not ship on bank holidays.

UK non-mainland and remote locations can expect to receive their orders in 2-4workings days.

Unfortunately once the order has physically left the building then we cannot change the order. If you spot something wrong with your order, be it address or product, it is best to get in touch with us straight away. If the order hasn’t left the building we will be able to make any necessary changes.

If the order has been shipped we will have to wait for the parcel to be returned to make any product or address amends.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your order you have the right to cancel within seven days of the contract, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment refunded, although if the goods have been delivered these will need to be returned first. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

If you decide to cancel your order after the items have been dispatched and/or received, you have a duty to take reasonable care of the OTE Sports products and to return them to us. You will be responsible for funding the return delivery, including packaging and posting.

Yes, we have a wide range of vegan friendly products. All our energy drinks, energy gels, hydro tabs and energy chews are vegan friendly. We have two protein powder options and three Anytime Bar flavours that are vegan too. So basically product options across all our categories.
